Service Description
An all levels Vinyasa style practice starting out gentle and building up heat with a little power as we start moving, learning to drop in and connect with your mind, body & soul. Vinyasa Flow is designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. As we ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. Focusing on breath to movement, expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels are welcome to join this practice in finding one's state of flow through a creative series of postures in constant motion.
