A fresh start to the day! Bringing our outdoor Sunrise Yoga class indoors this colder season to Groundswell Yoga. A 60 Minute Vinyasa Flow - setting your intentions for a fresh start - new beginning. Bring your own mat ! Enter the building and walk up the steps to the second floor, you will see the door to the studio on the left. Message me with any questions.
